I just moved into Birkdale Village and I love everything about it! The staff see we have all been so helpful in every way! It’s ideal for my situation... I stopped driving a year ago by choice and was looking for a place to live where I wouldn’t need a car.
Major roach issues they never fix or take seriously. Very disappointed.
Moved in one month ago and love Birkdale living! Such a great convenient location and very pet friendly with the greenway. Leasing office team is exceptional.
I think it's a shame that the reviews of this complex I have read are ALL from people who live elsewhere, and some are from people who work for the corporation. FAKE favorable reviews make me suspicious of this management and hesitant to consider this residence.
