RecommendedWe have had the easiest time working with the staff here at Birkdale Village! They helped accommodate us when the military changed things for our move due to COVID-19! The apartment is spacious, even for a one-bedroom loft. It’s a really great place to live so far! The only downside is all these stairs when we are carrying in all these groceries ! 😂
We’ve lived in Birkdale almost 4 years and have loved it. Josh and Mason on the maintenance team are always thorough and efficient and being close to restaurants is always a plus. Would make the choice to live here all over again.
I absolutely love Birkdale Villlage! It is a beautiful, clean and friendly community! The leasing office promptly responds to every call or email and the maintenance team Josh and Mason are always readily available to help. Nothing but great things to say! If you're looking to rent in the Huntersville/Lake Norman area, do yourself a favor and choose Birkdale Village Apartments!
If you're looking for a place where management cares about their residents, this isn't it. Have had maintenance problems that management needed to have a hand in, and they took months to get fixed. And while other apartment complexes have actually looked out for their residents during COVID by caring about their health or waiving rent when so many people are going through hard times, Birkdale decided to charge a fee for leaving my trash outside of it's trash bin for trash valet to collect because I didn't want to have a surf... read more

I have enjoyed living in Birkdale Village for 3 years now. The girls in the office are always friendly and ready to assist in any needs. Mason & Josh are awesome at any maintenance I have needed. Lighting fast at getting the job done and super nice guys. Thanks!!!
You guys are awesome! Not only does everyone know our name but they know our story! Bruce and I met at Birkdale Village Apartment homes. We are now engaged and getting married May 31st!!! Needless to say living here will change your life 💕
An apartment complex that is as convenient as it gets. Everything you need in a small village. The staff will work with you to help in any way they can. I recommend!
