Moved in about month ago. Definitely this building has a centepede issue! Kill at least one per week. Also neighbors are disrespectful leaving garbage on their patios attracting flies so we ended up having a patio full of maggots!!! Because of stupidity of other people. Beside that everything great!
Well when u first move in they had small problems. Some people that are above you have no respect. The flooring not great every footstep can be heard. There is ac unit that is bad in hallway so you hear motor in my apt annoying . So not happy at all. Being honest
