My father in law, who lived alone, passed away this past Christmas after a long battle with cancer. When we informed them that he passed and we would need to be ending the lease, the only thing they could talk about was there is usually a fee to break the lease and she would need to email corporate to see about having it waived. Management staff is rude and unwilling to help. Buildings are not maintained, carpeting in hallways is dirty and disgusting, resulting in a permanent mildewy odor. Apartments are not soundproof whatsoever... I can hear every conversation between the residents above me (which happen to begin at 3:30 every morning). "Administrative fee" of $500 is clearly not used for upkeep and for the high cost of rent I should be living in luxury. DO NOT move here :)

I've lived here 3 years now and will be here until I retire. The residents make it feel like a very large family and the employees are on the ball and very accommodating.�
