great fishing for a spring fed lake to my knowledge, lived here now on two occasions and this Bass is the biggest by far. Great natural lake habitat with a beautiful swan and many ducks, geese, raccoons, and opossums to say the least. I feed them regularly and my pets enjoy the stimulation.
Great apartments very serene in a busy city surrounding area. There’s a huge lake there! very well kept and peaceful neighborhood.
I lived at Lakeside for a while and I never had any problems. Donna in the office was always a pleasure to conversate with. The owner really takes pride in his property. They have a maintenance man named Kelly that always goes above and beyond. Great staff and great place to call home. If you are looking in Plainfield, make this one of your first stops!
