Horrible place to live. A new company has taken over and they are worse than the last. They do not fix anything wrong with the place then charge the tenant for their wrong doings.
Where do we begin!!! This place is the worst !!!moved into briarwood in Feb. June 7 we got letter stating that they sold the property a month ago & rent raised from 600 to 900/month.. when I asked Olivia about this she acted as if it was a discount due to her actually being able to charge over 1200$/ mo... not to mention the large rats that live inside the walls and scratch VERY LOUDLY all throughout the day and night.. even seen a few which cause me and my little ones to be frightened in our own home...when I brought this t... read more
