Apartment on Sixth is still pretty new, and the apartments are nice. Technically studio apartments, no doors separating any areas except the bathroom (which does not have a lock on it), and it's a little too expensive for what you get, but washer and dryer are standard in-apartment and it's in a nice and newer area of Lawrence.
