Bethany McGregor DID provide a long list of apartments that were willing to work with the hiccups on my credit. She DID contact them ahead of time to make sure I should apply. I was very appreciative of her for that. However, Bethany also vehemently promised a $150 rebate from her commission once I moved in, yet she went ghost after that. It's been over 2 months since I moved in, and I havent heard from her, or received my check. Essentially, she lied.
