Well I wanted to give a better rating but it depends on them answering today. My gf filled out applications for a place from t A.C. but no response, she called left with plenty of voice-mail to leave. Then we had a house fire and I tried this month (July2025) no return calls no nothing just a site to look at and a phone number where it just goes to voicemail. I am an owner who lives out of the state. I just visited my property in Utica for the first time in several years. I'm appalled. It is filthy, completely unkempt, poorly maintained, and it embarrassed me that Apartment Connection kept my house in this condition and rents it to people in this condition. Apartment Connection should be ashamed at their lack of care despite the revenue that allows their owner annual expensive vacations to Aruba. I began looking for an apartment months before I contacted The Apartment Connection and was unsuccessful in finding somewhere I could call home. Within a month of working with Andrew I was able to find my new place. Great person to work with, would recommend him to anyone trying to find their new home. Thanks again!
