RecommendedOne day I had planned on spending multiple hours calling around to apartments in the Dallas area trying to find a short term lease that had a furnished option, close to where I would be working. Sara was beyond helpful and knowledgeable of the apartments I was interested in. I highly recommend her. Sara is always available and is in constant communication with you . If she does not answer the phone she calls you right back and text. She pays attention to all the details you are looking for in an apartment and sends you plenty of options. Beyond happy I worked with her and plan to refer her to my friends.
Jeff Anderson was a great help. He was the only person when we moved to Texas from California that would honestly help us find an apartment ... he was willing to be in constant contact and never complained. He talked to the lady in charge of our townhome and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Apartment Agents to anyone.
An update to my last review. There was an issue with my rebate, but when addressed,my complaint was taken care of and I did receive a check today.
My agent did a pretty good job of sending me some places to look. However, the $200.cash rebate never arrived. So I'm thinking she got her commission and I was left in the cold! So try them for the help, but don't count on the actual rebate.
Sara was a huge help to me in finding a new place to call home. She was so kind and very willing to walk me through each step of the process. I can't wait to move into my new apartment! I definitely recommend working with her!
This is the first time I have had to go off on an apartment search and Sara made it one of the best experiences. The process in which Apartment Agents uses was very easy and simple and I'm glad I chose them! Sara was there for every step of the way and I couldn't thank her enough for all the help she provided. 10/10 is what I would rate Sara and the assistance she gave me! Texas, here I come!
