Rip you off your key deposit
My grandmother has lived in this building for over almost 30 years, it use to be a nice building when it was owned by realstar, then it was skyline which wasn't too bad as they did lots of renovations but now it's Owned by Q residential! Terrible property owners! Lazy and they don't care. Bedbugs and roaches all over building beware
Q residential is just a money hungry company. Charging rent well above market value. Some staff are nice and work hard which is why the 1 star but some are beyond lazy and rude. Definitely not worth the amount they charge for rent.
