This salon is dreamy. I look forward to every trip I make to get my hair done. The staff is so attentive and funny (Haley!) and the stylists are professional and proficient. Highly recommend!

I really hate to write bad reviews, but I'm highly disappointed by my experience with Apartment 12 this weekend and felt I had to share the story. Essentially, they charged me $50 for a "no show" even though my appointment was never actually confirmed with me. As someone who works in customer service, I'm appalled at how they treated a prospective client who has never even stepped foot in their salon. Excellent stylist ! Lauren Horvat is amazing ! I showed her a pic from instagram and she did EXACTLY what I asked for !! I’m so thankful that I met her years ago ! She is phenomenal at what she does !!!
