If your office hours are until 5 pm, why are you closed at 3 pm
Walked in receptionist tells me I am 10 minutes late refuse to see me.. BUILDING WAS EMPTY NOT EVEN ONE PATIENT IN THE PARKING LOT BUILDING LOOKED ABANDONED
GREAT STAFF AND DR HENRY IS WONDERFUL.
Claims to be open until 5pm but if you call at 4:30pm the phones are off and goes to voicemail, with the voicemail saying they are closed despite the voicemails saying that their office hours are 8-5pm. Apparently there is an after hours nurse? And they do not answer the phone. Has picked up the phone and hung it up multiple times. Communication here is awful and can be detrimental to patients who have chronic pain, illnesses and problems.
