Went in at 12:52pm and was told they were closed until 1:00pm....so I went outside and waited until 1:00pm and came back in. The guy told me he couldn't test my vehicle because it didn't have stock tires (size) on it. Then he argued with me about the stock rims and tires the SUV came with (i still have the stock rims on). He claimed that there was no way my vehicle would pass smog with the current tires I have - even though its passed two other times with these exact tires due to the different gearing in the rear diff. This is just crazy how everyone is saying Javier is mean and rude because I only trust him with my car every time I have ever gone in he has been amazing ....
Very rude. Forgets to put a part and wants to double charge for there mistake. Wtf..really..shouldn't have to pay for their stupidity. Will never go there again.
Great experience! Was in and out quickly. Was really surprised at the reviews here. I found the owner, Javier to be pleasant, helpful, and gave me great advice. He was quite patient with another lady who was in there as well. He doesnt seem the type to b.s. and sugar coat things.. maybe that was the problem others had? The price was right, extremely competitive. I highly recommend Apache Smog. Thank you, guys!
Horribly rude will never ever go there again! Their custom service is so poor.
Fair pricing, chuck wagon is also right there so enjoy that as well.
