Dr Tracy pulled out a wisdom tooth for me while pregnant, which limited our use of numbing options. She numbed me and left for 45 minutes, when she returned I politely said hey, my mouth isn’t numb anymore. She didn’t listen to me when I said it wasn’t numb enough, and said it was probably anxiety. After having so many terrible experiences with dentist upcharges or insurance problems, I am so glad that I found this office. I can be confident that I am getting excellent treatment and not being ripped off or pressured to have procedures performed which are not needed. A special shout out to Jessica who handles the front desk and many other services. She has been incredibly helpful to me with my insurance issues and always willing to go the extra mile with information. Friendly and competent. I highly recommend.
I tried to call their system said oh we can’t connect you now. I called the second time. It rang through that time, but then it hangs up beep beep beep beep. Can’t even get an appointment. Can’t even get in the door.
I just switched over to here because I had a quote for a crown that was simply outrageous from my current dentist. They treated me so well, and the crown was made in their office and was a PERFECT fit on the first try. Fair prices. Great people.
So far so...AMAZING!! I will be getting teeth tomorrow will update! Update:: Amazing Doctors and Assistants, caring, willing to go that extra little bit.
