Confirmed my appointment for 6:30am and arrive at 6:30am to be told my appointment was at 10am. Nurses were in general rude and didn't want to acknowledge that they messed up my first appointment. Doesn't matter though because it was almost 6:45 and the dentist wasn't even there yet.
My first experience as a new patient, I was put in a cubicle. It was a long time, the automatic light went out, but they were busy, so no problem. Suddenly the light went on. Someone came into the room behind me. No introduction. X-rays done, 3 crowns needed, but need teeth cleaned first. They got me in right away! The girl who cleaned my teeth came in front of my chair, introduced herself and was very pleasant and did a good job. A week later, first crown done- Dr Tracy out of town.
