Interviewed at APA for a NORDAM job and then 2 more times with NORDAM including at the facility. I checked in daily with the APA rep as weeks went by and they only kept saying “idk we are waiting to hear back from NORDAM”. Come to find out they closed the job posting then re-opened it a couple weeks later.

This service is a joke and the guy “ John “ who calls himself your “employer” are pathetic and need to be coached through their job once more . I gave this one star and if I could take it back I would , for anyone who who cares for context , apa service essentially has no idea what they are doing and will hire you for any job , not knowing if you applicable or not . So before you get hired on make sure you have a good idea of what you’re in for , because they don’t Filed a complaint with EEOC .

My job application and interview with APA services was great. Tasha was very helpful and accomodating. She guided me and gave me a detailed instruction of what I need to do from the beginning till my onboarding.

Horrible experience. I went in for an interview. I spent 2 hours waiting, had a great interview with a hiring team from nordam management after meeting with an APA rep the previous day. I went in for a position with a promised pay of $25 per hour due to a contract job that would last 4 months. I received an offer from the hiring team but once I received my onboarding paperwork, my pay offer was far below the advertised rate. I called APA because I saw they were hiring and I knew someone looking for employment. The recruiter I spoke with was very professional and provided me great information. My friend called me the next day thanking me and letting me know he was leaving an interview set up by APA and he’d just gotten hired on with an aircraft company and needed no experience because they were going to train him.
