My experience at APA Canada Auto Parts was one of the worst I’ve had at any auto parts store. The staff were aggressive and confrontational, speaking to me in a harsh and intimidating tone for no reason. Their behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Bad customer service!!! Cheap quality
Doesn't say anything about shops only or doesnt serve the public. Better information would be nice then wasting our time inquiring for parts. Don't buy your stuff here! They don't serve the public. No business for you then.
We’ve been shopping at this store for parts for years, so this recent phone call experience was a huge disappointment. My husband called asking for the price of some parts, he mentioned the make and year of the vehicle, maybe the person who answered didn’t hear. But the man on the line asked for the VIN of the vehicle, and my husband said “oh you need the VIN too?” And suddenly the man starts shouting and hangs up.
