We had an appointment with them today Friday April 29 between 8:00 and 10:00 am for the installation of our kitchen faucet, garbage disposal. Nobody showed up and nobody has answered our multiple calls throughout the day. We are very disappointed with these people. We have been without water in our kitchen for several days, and now this will be longer, thanks to this unprofessional company.
Used this company through Lowes for a Bosch double wall oven install. I had some communication issues from the Lowes Installation Dept., which is to be expected from Lowes, but this company handled communication on their end well - polite and followed through on calling me back. Measure and installation appointments were made in a reasonable amount of time and they offered to move my measure appointment up due to a last minute cancel which I definitely appreciated.
