This is THE dentist if you need one. I used to be so afraid of the procedures and the price to take care of my oral health. I’m grateful I have benefits to cover a lot but still they take the time to explain everything to you and will work with you. These women have made it so I look forward to going and seeing the results. Every single staff member is consistently, on-time, friendly, communicative, and compassionate. I had the best dental experience here at the East Boston location. Dr. Eng and her whole team were so professional, compassionate and patient. I was very anxious getting my first cavity filled, and Dr. Eng and her hygienists were so sweet, offering me soundproof headphones and stress balls, answering any questions I had. I cannot recommend them enough.
This dentist office is the real deal. By far the best treatment, experience and customer care I have ever experienced at a dentist. They take the time to explain everything to you, they have all the up to date technology, and they are extremely friendly. I am very happy to have found my new dentist.
Yesterday I got a text message asking if I wanted to come in 30min early for the appointment I’ve had for 2 weeks. I arrived 10min before my newly scheduled appointment & was taken to the dentist room soon after. There I waited 40min to be seen! Not happy about that, but everyone was nice.
