Mario the owner is rude, argumentative and unethical. We received a bid from Mario himself to fix our sons truck. Their bid was not the lowest but we chose them as the shop seemed reputable. We scheduled an appointment for 10 am Monday. Upon arrival they expressed concern that the quote given was not enough to cover the damage. I was shocked when I found such a great place to get my car worked on in Downtown. Not only is the customer service some of the best I have ever dealt with, but the management team really takes care of you and explains why they do the things they do to get the best out of your car! I highly recommend AP for all car services from window tinting, car wash/detailing and more!
