My family used this insurance for a trip. When a family member was injured they rejected the claim and said the traveling family member was not considered a “travel companion” under their terms. It has been several months since the trip and it’s still not resolved. Nothing is more frustrating than purchasing an insurance only to have to spend hours trying to resolve an issue over nonsense.
