I will admit that I was a skeptic of Physical Therapy. My doctor had given me a prescription for PT in September 2025 for discomfort I was having in my shoulder, but because I was skeptical, I decided (foolishly) to try to wait out the pain. Rudest office people I’ve ever experienced. This office is listed as a provider on my insurance website yet they told me they don’t accept my insurance. They have no idea what they are doing. Highly do not recommend. If they are this rude over the phone, I can’t imagine how rude they are to people in pain looking for help.
AON is excellent! Besides being nice they know what they're doing! The therapists are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I defiantly recommend them if you ever need PT,
