This company is rude and very crude in the way they deal with people. I was forced to deal with this company against my will. They ask you if you consent to their terms. I asked if I say no then what? Gary ******laughed and said then you will lose your health insurance.
The company is structured in such a manner that it encourages incompetence. I have been attempting for two months plus to get my Health reimbursement account funded for 2019. Lies, call transfers, extended holds, dropped calls, changed dates for action to be taken, cases open and closed without notice, lies. Only because of federal law am I involved with this bunch of incompetents.
THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I AM RETIRED FROM ATT AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM ON AN ALMOST DAILY BASIS AS THEY CANNOT SEEM TO GET ANYTHING CORRECT AND DO NOT CARE . THEY SEEM TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BE MEAN AND UNCARING AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. I HAD A REP WHO WOULD NOT GET ME HIS SUPERVISOR AS THEY HAVE CHEATED ME OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY DUE TO NOT DISCLOSING WHAT I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR AFTER RETIRING FROM ATT! In Oct/Nov of 2016 I signed up for ******** and was forced to use Aon Hewitt for choosing my part D coverage as my wife's company put $ s into a HSA for us to use and Aon was the manager of those accounts. I was interviewed by an Aon rep and based on my medicare prescriptions was told ****** was the best choice. I signed up with them. During the interview with Aon I told the rep that I was a type 1 diabetic using a pump and he still recommended ******. the first insulin bill using ****** , for my part was just over $500 and ... read more
My company is doing a insurance dependent audit and this company is handling it. The paperwork received from them states that I need to call them "for assistance in verifying this dependent." I have called at multiple times during their stated business hours on six separate occasions and have yet to be able to speak to a real person. Each time I have been on hold for nearly an hour before finally being forced to hang up because I cannot afford to waste anymore on their apparently understaffed call center.

AON Hewitt handles the ***** **** Benefits Center. The ***** **** Benefits Center handled by AON Hewitt has the worse customer services and business practices. I have been trying to access my 401(K) . I have been told that I need a password or phone pin to obtain access to the account and verify my identify.
