Dealing with this "organization" is like trying to herd cats. Don't forget their phone pin, because it will take days to get another one sent to you in the mail, and they will not help you without it. According to the terms of YSA, I can get reimbursed for Over-the-Counter medications with a prescription from my doctor. Alight Solutions is the company that AT&T chose to manage its benefits center website. I have tried to get an issue regarding health benefits resolved during the past week. Each time I've called, I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes (listening to "Please be patient" recorded messages played every 15 seconds) before an agent finally answers. I have had nothing but problems dealing with this company. I just turned 65 and enrolled in the Retiree Health Reimbursement Account from my company. I was suppose to get a reimbursement as well as my husband was also. I saw the money in my account but my husbands was not there. They told me he wasn't eligible without even verifying. They are the worst company to deal with. The company I retired from uses them for our medical benefits. There customer service is awful, they are incompetent. Hang ups and numerous calls and still no help with the issue. I simple resolution of changing the last date of distribution from 10/31/2019 to 12/31/2019 they can't seem to do so I get reimbursed. This is after they admit that the date needs to be changed. Still no resolution and distribution denied.
DO NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS!! Call to reschedule after the fact. Cannot talk to any manager or supervisor. Reps are rude, uniformed and not helpful. Website is not up to date and simply doesn't work. It says to call. What a joke. You'll be on hold for hours. Would never recommend this company to anyone. I also clicked one star because it would not allow me to submit ZERO!!
After being hit by a Sears Holdings vehicle, I called Aon (which was their insurance company) and they told me to go to Sedgwick Claims to put in the claim. If you try calling their main number, their phone just rings, no automated system, no voicemail, nothing. After calling 15 times to 3 different numbers, I finally got someone on the phone. I have to agree with all previous complaints, especially amy p. AON reps are rude, hang up on you, refuse to allow you to talk to a supervisor, DO NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS, and most frustrating of all, reps are not familiar with the process, product or website. Website is confusing and does not provide even the simplest of coverage info. This is the third straight year we have experienced the same frustration. At least they are consistent.
