Walked me through everything that was to be done on the procedure and took care of it right away. Took time to follow up afterwards and made sure everything was healing correctly.
I had an appointment with Dr Adkins for a consultation and live 2 hrs away. After the consultation they were able to fit me in for a wisdom tooth extraction and save me an extra trip.
Dr. Atkins is very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to all my friends. He greets you with a handshake everytime. I had my wisdom teeth removed in two separate times. He remembered me from the first visit. He cares about his patients. Wonderful place to go.
The need for a dental implant is scary in a lot of ways. It’s seemingly invasive. It’s expensive. It requires time.I went in this morning and saw Dr. Atkins. He is awesome. He personable. He’s confident, but not arrogant. He’s kind. He is very informative. I am so glad he is who I was referred to.
Dr. Atkins reviewed my daughter's situation and provided a thorough evaluation and plan of treatment. He addressed both of us on equal footing and inspired confidence and reassurance to my daughter’s questions and concerns.
Went to have some teeth removed for some orthodontic work. Dr. Atkins was nothing but professional. He really cared about any concerns that you may have. Dr. Atkins is extremely skilled I experienced zero pain even a day after. The biggest factor to set them apart is Dr Atkins calling the evening after your procedure to make sure you are recovering smoothly. He could have easily had other staff make the call but he did it.
Hands down the best customer service and best bed side manors I have ever experienced. This office cares about their patients and human beings not just a number walking in and out their door. From the front staff to the back staff to Dr Atkinson himself! He genuinely cares
The entire office was very professional, very efficient but quick, very friendly and very informative! Dr Atkins was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done on the procedure and about the expenses. The staff that helped the doctor during surgery were very considerate and helped me not to feel so nervous. The doctor was very confident and efficient during his procedure, which made me feel secure. I would highly recommend Dr Atkins and his staff to everyone that needed his services!
