Dr. Aoki is an excellent surgeon. He truly cares about his patients.
I would never refer anyone to Dr. Aoki. His staff was nice, but he was rude, pompous, and doesn't really listen to the patient's concerns. Rather, he just seems to jump to conclusions without fully understanding all aspects of what the patient is going through..and he does not ask enough questions in order to determine what is going on (just the elementary question of "On a scale of 1-10 pain level"...which is not in-depth enough, or even why the patient is at a certain point on the scale).
