I bought my hearing aid in November 2023, and thought that this place is very good. Everyone was helpful and understanding. I came back on October 23 2025, because my hearing aid was not working right. Like, would stop working without any reason. The place was empty, but they said no one will see me without an appointment. I work 8am till 5pm, so it's impossible for me to make one. I spent two and half hours in an empty waiting area. I came to see Dr Chetan with my husband. He was recommended to me by another endocrinologist. Getting an appointment was quick — I went to see Dr Chetan for a second opinion. He proposed removing both thyroids and wanted to do the surgery on the following Tuesday. I explained to him that I’ll be moving to a different state. Today I went for an Ear wax clean up and Sussane Rauch did a great job!! She was very gentle, patient and explaining every step, 5 stars for her. However, there was an assistant who came and knocked, open the door and interrupted the procedure to ask about the next patient. This is very disrespectful for both the current patient and the provider. This shall not be allowed.
Went in to see Dr. Kaplan for an issue that I have been battling for around 5 years. I’ve seen multiple different specialists, with no answers. She helped me tremendously and now I feel like I am on the right track….finally.
The Doctors here are the best. They spend the time to listen to you.
