RecommendedI have now used AOA twice with flooded basement and sewage back up (lucky me!) and they are absolutely fantastic. AOA's service was fast, friendly and thorough. We just installed hardwood floors on our first floor. We also have two dogs, so there was debris, dust and hair everywhere. The AOA crew was amazing! My home looks clean and smells fresh. I reached out to AOA because the business is a big sponsor of the Midland Park Public Education Foundation and its 5K race. I am so appreciative!

We just used AOA for our basement and laundry room that flooded with sewage water. They came out right away to assess, and came as soon we emptied our basement for remediation. They are SUPER fast, hardworking and CLEAN! (I am meticulous, so my standard for "clean" is quite high!) There were very informative and even found some extra areas that we overlooked, thank you. I highly recommend AOA Cleaning & Restoration. We had a sewage back up in our basement. They responded immediately and within hours my basement was cleaned up beautifully and disinfected. The staff was extremely professional, explained the process and helped with my insurance claim. Would never use anyone else!!
