Archie the Owner is an awesome, down to earth dude. I enjoyed his good attitude and bluntness. came in with a 2018 WRX which had the dumbest check engine light ever!!! long story short they made it right, also adjusted my clutch for me that someone else had done the work on, drives like it once did. Came in for an hour diagnostic service to source out if I had a problem with my 2020 sti. Got every answer I could possibly ask for. As well as my clutch adjusted which I didn’t even notice but it feels way better. With the owner having 20+ years experience they are very knowledgeable and honest about everything thing they know. AO Garage is great! They replaced the timing belt, rack&pinion, and more on my 2011 WRX. 100% satisfied with their work and they go above and beyond with customer service. Cyd and Sam were wonderful to work with, thank you guys!
Great place to go if you wanna get overcharged for nothing. 189.99 an hr for them to throw a car in a lift do some tiny coilover adjustments and call it a day. Didn't even do an alignment cause it car was to big. I wish I would have went elsewhere. Paid $800 for something I could have done. Should have wait a week and went to a different shop that was cheaper and more known! Hell. I could have paid $400 more to have the whole coilover suspension installed vs me doung it myself the weekend prior. Wish I knew this shop was gon... read more
