Families may have good experience with support workers, but bts with the company and the workers themselves, poor communication, understanding, thats why team is small and their always looking for workers. This for desperate workers to earn like pocket cash. Ahmed one of the supervisor is poor at his job; leaves manager to argue on his behalf.
We had a fantastic experience with the respite team who supported our son. It was a privilege working with Emmanuel and Katie — they were professional, kind, and kept our son safe while ensuring he had fun with engaging activities. I cannot say anymore positive words about this amazing company. My 17 yr old has complex needs and was struggling a lot with life in general, on top of being a teen with Autism. Once respite started I could see an amazing change in him, he gained confidence and looked forward to his outings with Steven his respite worker.
