I've been a resident here since February of 2013. During the past year, Amanda has been especially kind to me, going out of her way to help me. I am disabled, and she has really gone the extra mile to help me with my basic needs. Thank you, Amanda.
Been here for 3 years never had an issue until new managment. Arlene is the best customer service rep. Amanda and Lucy are rude. Could say alot more but will leave it at that.
Emma/Anna Zhang has been awesome! She is the reason for the four stars. She has a great attitude, she answers any questions or concerns I have and helps get any issues I've had resolved quickly. She has been great from when I first came to Anzio up until now. She is the only person I will deal with. Thank you Emma! Keep up the great work.!
