Always a long queue and staff seemed not trained well enough. I ordered a new card that was first sent to Germany and then to Perth…….never has such a bad experience with ANZ before
Useless… staff everywhere but only one in the teller. Huge queue and no one to help.
Took $10000 into Rundle mall branch to try and deposit. They could not take my money. Should be simple but no the anz is so smart they send customers back out into the street with large sums of money. Computer geek bank stupidity. Customer service has got to be a zero. Old school bankers would never harm customers in this way. Yuk, yuk, yuk ANZ
9月12号早上10:52分我拿着3000块钱去提款机上存钱发现屏幕上显示是1050 ，当时我就要求工作人员来解释，结果工作人员说这种情况经常会出现，他们会在下班的时候清点金额，会把多余的钱打到我的账户，第二天9月13号我并没有发现帐户上有存入3000的记录，十一点我到银行询问，银行的Rita说她的同事并没有发现有多出现金，我立马发现情况不是我想的这么简单，我要求查看监控，又有一名工作人员Tiffani说她们也没有办法，我要求她们去查监控，大概过了几分钟后，还是告诉我，的确看到我存钱，但是目前账面上没有多余的钱，我要求看监控证明，我存的是3000，但是他们拒绝❌，并且说她们已经看到了，就是1050，我说我是当事人，我必须要看监控，而且我说1050跟3000的现金厚度是不一样的，所以我要求ANZ银行提供监控视频证明。
Its the last branch that ive found after going to the 4 nearest my place that actually has a teller. Somehow im more trusting in an institution when i look someone representing the company in the eye.
