I used deposit machine, the machine took my many and but the machine didn’t put deposit to my account and did not return my money. I need urgent assistance
I went there to get the run around process and went to another branch and got a different answer just for a simple question and transaction and some HELP!!! And felt like I got a slap in the face for going in there!! Too busy getting heads in and out for their KPI Quota I suppose??
Wasted 2 hours on public transport to transfer funds with a teller. NO TELLERS ON WEEKENDS
Came into the branch in a rush as I had an urgent dead line to meet. I was welcomed with a warm smile and even though I didn’t have an appointment booked , the team managed to fit me in. Louisa was understanding and was patient in dealing with my concerns . Thanks again for everything.
