I do not get why they hire people that's not experienced with customer service or can communicate properly. Went to this bank to deposit money for Business Account. After enduring 2 hours of total pain trying to get something done via the ANZ app and then by talking to someone on the ANZ phone line…. I went into the branch on Risley St in Booragoon and Ben helped me out in less than 2 minutes. He was so helpful and friendly and this isn’t the first time he has helped me out in this branch and last time he was equally as amazing!!!
