Terrible place and business Went in with my grandma to cancel credit card. Served disgruntled customers who came in after us get served first. Supposedly closed the card only for my grandma to be consistently messaged for weeks afterwards to update her contact details... Took 3 weeks dozen phone calls and emails to the branch and they still wouldn't close the card had to get through ANZ complaint line to final get the credit card closed... The excuse was the bank didn't know how to close a credit card account THE BANK DIDNT ... read more
