My experience with Mr Marco Ricci has been excellent. He was very patient and attentive to my issues in regards to my payment and transactions. We managed to resolve the situation in a timely manner with little fuss.

From the moment I reached out, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in resolving my concern. Not only did he find a solution quickly, but he also ensured that everything was taken care of until the issue was fully resolved. His dedication and personal approach made the process stress-free, and I truly appreciated his support.
I visited this branch and a female stuff served me (I didn’t ask her name). I wanted to get a anz plus account for my savings but I didn’t bring all the documents, and I had issues to download the application. She was very friendly, she informed me the option to get an account online, and she stressed that I am welcomed to open an account at their branch and she would be happy to serve me.
