After enduring 2 hours of total pain trying to get something done via the ANZ app and then by talking to someone on the ANZ phone line…. I went into the branch on Risley St in Booragoon and Ben helped me out in less than 2 minutes. He was so helpful and friendly and this isn’t the first time he has helped me out in this branch and last time he was equally as amazing!!! The branch set up and service is appalling!!! No customer service if you come in to this branch and their meet and greet counter in the middle of the room is a joke! You have to discuss your private business in the middle of the room and the computer screen is within eyesight of the waiting customers. The set up is not a branch customer facility at all and it is under staffed to cope as well with customer flow and demand. It’s basically an ATM that’s it. Anz pick your game up and look after your loyal customers or lose them.
This is regarding banking consultant ms Harpreet Kaur. Recently, over 3 meetings, my hubby, son n myself were serviced by Harpreet. We are in our mid 70s and not IT savvy. She went out of her way to assist us in various aspects of our accounts n there were many complications . She was competent, patient , cheerful n helpful. We are fully satisfied with her outstanding service. We don’t as a rule post feedbacks but her excellent service warrants one, w our thanks n appreciation.
