I had the best customer service from lending officer Giuliana of ANZ Booragoon. She was absolutely fabulous with my car loan application and seriously went ‘above and beyond’ to support my application. I am pleased to say that through Giuliana’s hard work and dogged determination I now have a new Kia Sportage. Thank you so much Giuliana. I have no hesitation in recommending Giuliana as a first rate lending officer.

Yesterday we went to open up a new account. We were served by Ben Enumula. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He guided us through the opening of new accounts step by step and explained to us everything we needed to know clearly. We are very grateful for his impeccable service.
