My elderly father and I attended the ANZ branch in King William Street in order to close an account. We had previously attempted to do this with a very unsuccessful outcome at the Norwood Branch due to a very unhelpful and rude staff member. Based on this experience we were reluctant to try again however we decided to go to the King William Street Branch and try again.
