We were served by Joanna C yesterday the absolutely best service I’ve received from a bank in many years, she is an absolutely a valuable asset to the ANZ and the single reason we will have further dealings with the ANZ in the future. Thank you so much Joanna for your extremely efficient and professional service you were a breath of fresh air when I thought customer serviced was dead and buried in Australia, very well done!
