In the very beginning we were skeptical after reading the negative reviews. However, our Project Manager, Mark, changed our minds. Words cannot express how wonderful he was. He took care of any concerns we had immediately. We were so blessed to have him assigned to us. Mark, was in direct communication with us every step of the way. Everything was finished in a timely manner. If you ever need restoration completed, make sure you ask for him. You will not be disappointed. Sara and Verna

Contacted Anytime Restoration website after a toilet leak to have a damage assessment done. Jay called us almost immediately and was able to come to our house within a few hours. Gave me his honest opinion of the scope of the leak and whether it was bad enough to warrant a insurance claim or not. Appreciated his time and candor.
