Had a big problem with them many years ago. They came to my house to look at my toilet. My mother in law was there and they made her give them $65. They said the job would cost $900 to do she had to make a decision right there if it was going to be done. Obviously she did not authorize the job and Anytime refused to refund the money. I found the owner to be very sleazy and I reported him to the Department of Consumer Affairs. I'm surprised they're still in business. Do not use them. Very professional work and a thorough job was done at the time I used them several years ago. I am embarrassed to admit this but this experience is also the reason I took the time to learn some plumbing skills and now handle 75% of my own plumbing issues. They came over to investigate our boiler which was not firing up at the beginning of the winter. First red flag that I should have paid attention to was they want you to join a "club" before they even take a look at what needs attention. This "club" is supposed to get you d... read more
