Any Hour is a great company and I've have nothing but good to say about them. They make appointments for their work easily, the office staff is very personable and the techs are clean, polite, friendly, informative and know their stuff! I've had them come do a furnace tune-up, new furnace installation, whole house plumbing inspection and water heater flush. They are my go to service company for my home!
They ripped me off! – Their word and customer satisfaction mean nothing! Here's the story: I called them because our toilet was overflowing. They came out and snaked it first, when that didn't work they hydro jetted it. I paid $400 for this and was told they would warranty it for 90 days. Just my luck, about a week after the 90 days was up the toilet overflowed again. This told me that obviously something else was wrong that the hydro jet can not resolve.
