Water! We can live without electricity, and a lot of other things, but we cannot live without water. As I was reminded this past weekend when I had *no* water.. And now I have water again! called their office at 7:30 this morning about a back-up of the plumbing in my home. The young lady I spoke too said someone would be here in the 12-3 slot. The technician showed up at 1045 and called me to come home I did so and he got to work on my house at 11:00am and finished before 12. Sat in his truck writing up my invoice for 10 min. I was charged 1.5 hrs labor for him working for an hour. Called the office to work it out. Owner basically told me I was getting put in the do not service list. Had a sewage clog at 9:30 at night called and set up an app for first thing in the morning. They were here at 8:15 . they were very friendly and knew what they were doing. If i ever have a problem i will be calling then again!!! Thanks.
