I've been going for about three months and I enjoy it very much. The staff is friendly and the the equipment is is clean and maintained very well. The location for me fits my needs!!!!
I've recently switched from NMSW to this gym, because it is more affordable. I thought I would miss NMSW, but I am very impressed with this gym. It's clean, offers great equipment and the owners are awesome. Only thing I miss is a pool. I can only highly recommend this gym! �
I love this place. It's clean, it's new and the owners are wonderful people. It's the perfect place too workout. Two water fountains, one that is filtered, pours downward into your shaker and tells you the temperature. The interior design has a modern style with bright colors bring energy to workouts. And the cardio equipment is top-of-the-line, smarter than anything I've seen.

State of the art equipment and wonderful people! You have to check this gym out! Maybe even try a fitness class 🤗
