Great gym. New equipment, very clean, friendly staff. Attend Cindy's Pilates and Total Body Workout classes. She changes up the routine every month, so we ha ve enough time to be familiar with a workout, but there's variety every few weeks. Cindy is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional...and she cares that each attendee is challenged and having fun.
This gym is by far one of the most updated gyms! Everything you use is top of line, which helps motivate! The staff are friendly and none of the guests are negative toward others! They also offer a lot with your membership you can’t get other places!

Michael Puzak at this gym is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. He’s friendly, fun and most importantly knowledgeable. His education and experience brings the best experience in your workout. Michael has been helping me with balance issues. I highly recommend him as a trainer for whatever goals you have in mind.
This is a great gym, I waited mos for it to open it’s been one year now and I’m still loving it along with owners and trainer Michael Puzak. TY AF
