I was very disappointed with my experience at this gym. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and gave the impression that members were more of a bother than a priority. Definitely not a place I would recommend if you’re looking for a positive environment to work out.

I started with Tony T. the last week of January 2024 I was recovering from knee surgery. I was a little scared when I got to the gym but Tony's strong encouragement and knowledge gave me the courage to try out the gym. It had been decades of not taking care of me. Now after a little over a year I continue to work with Tony, and I can now run and play with my grandkids. Tony keeps me trying new things but in a very safe and secure environment. 5 star gym with amazing people that work there. Always clean, weights are always put away, and vibes are always immaculate! Tony and Jack are two of the nicest dudes out there. They care for their members and run a tight ship here! Can’t recommend this gym enough!

Super clean facility and a fantastic staff - the manager is so helpful and kind and makes people feel welcome, and the staff is friendly and always on top of things. They even do really fun stuff like themed challenges you can participate in! It's really creative and something I've never experienced at other gyms. You can tell they really care about their member's experience.
