I have been a loyal member at Anytime Fitness Airdrie for over 6 years. Unfortunately, I was recently terminated via email after I raised a concern about staff professionalism. While I have no issue following club hygiene rules, the way it was handled was disappointing. A staff member approached me condescendingly in front of other members and, most concerningly, used my name to confront another member ("Mark wants you off your phone"), which I felt was a breach of privacy and an attempt to incite conflict between members. ... read more
