Has lots of clean, new equipment. The floor is tidy. The employees are friendly.
Update 6/7/2025... Charged me again after I received a confirmation of the receipt of my cancellation on the 13th of May, the response here from the manager and a text message on the 21st avknowleduing my cancellation THEY CHARGED ME 40 DOLLARS AGAIN ON THE 22 OF may. This is complete theft, and I've reported it to the bank. Like anyone wants to spend all their free time dealing with criminals. They start charging you more without even communicating to you. I look forward to my workouts at Anytime Fitness in Chestnut Hill, PA. Greeted with super friendly staff even before my workout begins! I can usually get to all the equipment and weights I need. The facilities are kept clean and in great working order. I never feel overwhelmed by too much equipment or too many guests. Fantastic neighborhood gym that I can easily walk to and I have recommended this place to several people.
They start charging you more without even communicating to you. I was transfered to this gym from my original one in North Carolina because when out of town I would use it sometimes. They charged me the standard amount of 34.95 then last month upped it to $40.00 with no consent. I also tried to cancel and thet make you send in a certified letter which cost me 9 dollars and an hour at the post office because I don't live there and can't show up in person to cancel. The best gym I have ever been to! High security with key fob entry and great staff. Gym is always clean. I’ve been to several other gyms and let me just say the experience here is so much better. Will be a member for a long time 😊
