Michelle was great! From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a smile. Very personable and as well knowledgeable. This kind of customer of service shouldn’t go unnoticed! If you’re seeking a new gym or a change of scenery, Anytime Fitness over here is a beautiful gym and you are in an environment that has staff that are here to help you with any questions you might have. I was super impressed with how Michelle was towards me and I’m looking forward for more times visiting!
Scheduled a free trial twice! The first time we made it clear the appointment was at 5:30…. We got to the gym and the doors were locked and there was no one there to let us in. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited about 30 minutes, no one showed up. Next time was about 2 months later and we scheduled another free trial. We show up and the lady at the desk tells me the systems down which is understandable. Overpriced and barely has anything worst gym I’ve ever been a part of.
Great first time. Michelle was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend coming here.
