Super friendly clean gym. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Michelle was great!
This is a great place to work on what you need for your body and health. The trainer Shaun, is such a pleasure and allows you the ability to laugh while he pushes you to your limit of endurance. The receptionist Michelle makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door.
