This is the biggest anytime fitness I have ever been too, Noel is amazing and customer service is unreal here

Noel is a great manager and always helpful. Biggest ANYTIME fitness I have ever seen
Not even on contract and Noel won't cancel my membership. He said "there's a right and a wrong way to do things" then when I tell him I ran gyms before and never made it this difficult, he hung up on me, like a child. Just got my annual fee, too, even though I'm canceling and he's still won't cancel unless I pay another month. *update* now he's threatening to send my membership dues to collections. Real classy gym.
