Been going here for about 4 months now, and I never thought it’d be easy whatsoever, especially not knowing how to work out at all… but having Ben as my Personal Trainer made it so much more worth it, not only does he motivate you to work hard during sessions, but he’s a very patient and kind, down the earth guy, the type of guy you’d need on your fitness journey. Not only that but the workouts are a REAL killer, which in my opinion are even better (even though take a lot out of me personally), it’s all worth it.
