Signed up for Silver sneaker program and was so please with the service from the manager Ms Cox. During the registration she made me feel like we knew each other for years. Great job!!
I would not recommend this service NEVER. It is significantly more expensive compared to similar alternatives, and the cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Additionally, upon cancellation, they charge you for three full billing cycles—despite the cancellation taking effect within 30 days. I tried to call but no answer, I tried to cancel in other branches and they told me I have to cancel in the branch you sign in originally. I don’t need this kind of frustration and stress!
I love this place. Specifically, Jen, the manager. She is the best all around. Not only does she strive to take care of the facility, but she takes pride in making sure members are happy and taken care of. Without her, this place would not be the same.
