Great space, great equipment and great location. Even when there is a crowd there is enough equipment and space for me to move through my work out without waits and delay. I’m a recently new member who is 61 years young, and recommend this gym to anyone.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained gym. All sorts of people of all ages working on their fitness goals. Fynn, my trainer has been great keeping me honest and on track through my weight loss journey. It is a pleasure doing my workouts here.
Very clean, very aesthetic. It’s only a 2 min drive from my house. There’s always a parking spot. Never too crowded. Music’s at the right volume; it never bothers you. All the machines and equipment are in good working condition. Very clean bathrooms. Cold water fountain. I just love it.
