I've tried emailing them three times in the past three weeks to discuss complications with my membership and so far I've heard nothing back. Poor customer service. Other AF gyms treat you better
Great gym, clean and big enough. Bathroom lights do auto turnoff after about 10 mins in the shower so be aware of that

Very disappointing experience with how Anytime Fitness communicates its membership terms. Several important conditions felt misleading or were not clearly explained when signing up. The key fob fee was described as a “deposit.” Normally, calling something a deposit implies that you get the money back when you return the item. Apparently, that’s not the case here. You’re effectively buying the key fob, and the money is not refunded. Calling a non-refundable purchase a “deposit” makes absolutely no sense to me. Imagine renting... read more
I recently went online to sign up for the 7 day free trial in lethbridge, signed up for it, and had to book a time for a tour first. Fine. Went into town for the first available time, 11am, took work off on a Wednesday to get it going, arrived. Received the tour. Was then told it’s going to be $39 bi-weekly starting today. Ok, fair enough, but I’m doing the week trial first. I signed up for it through lethbridge and that’s how booked the time here.
