As many others have noted, I am incredibly disappointed with the cancellation policy. Months after my contract was up, I went in to cancel and was told I would have to type a letter and bring it in to the gym. And even after the letter is submitted, I will have to continue paying for my membership for another 60 days. This would make sense if I was breaking the contract prematurely but is completely asinine after the contract is up.
